1) Dwight Evans played in all 162 games in 1984. Bill Buckner played in 162 games in 1985, but he missed the game on July 25th at Fenway Park against the Mariners. The Red Sox actually played 163 games in 1985, as the team's game against the White Sox on July 31st ended in a 1-1 tie after it was called by rain in the 7th inning.
